This site has one form on it, and it asks for an email address. That is the whole of it.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for and have no way to receive your income, your credit score, your Social Security number, the address of a property, or anything about a loan you have or want. No page on this site collects any of them, and there is no quote, application or pre-qualification form here that could. If a site claiming to be us ever asks for any of that, it is not us.

What is on the site about other people

Nothing. The lending figures are counts of a public file, and no loan, borrower or property is stored or shown. The file itself carries demographic fields; this site does not use them.

The alert list

We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise pass your email address to anyone. Not to a lender, not to a broker, not to an advertiser. It is used to send you the notification you asked for and nothing else. Sign-up is double opt-in — you confirm by clicking a link — and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.

We store the address, the county, lender or subject you asked about, and the dates you confirmed and unsubscribed. Nothing else.

Analytics

We count page views to know which pages are worth writing. No cookies are set, no advertising network is loaded, and nothing follows you to another site.
